With more than a decade of experience in healthcare staffing and workforce operations, Stephen has built a reputation for connecting exceptional healthcare workers and caregivers with organizations committed to quality and compassion.
Before establishing Beyond Home Care, Stephen founded and grew a successful healthcare staffing company serving the Northern Virginia and DMV region. Running that organization gave Stephen a firsthand look at the gaps families often face when seeking dependable, home health care. He saw an opportunity and responsibility to build an agency that puts consistency, transparency and trust, at the center of every interaction.
A Northern Virginia native and graduate of James Madison University, Stephen is passionate about his work, golf with friends, and quality time with family. His leadership is grounded in professionalism, empathy, and a belief that families deserve a home care partner who goes beyond expectation.
Shirley-Victory Nwajei is a compassionate, forward-thinking clinical leader with nearly a decade of experience across acute care, home health, and long-term care. As Vice President and Clinical Director, she oversees clinical operations with an unwavering commitment to safety, regulatory excellence, and human-centered care.
Her expertise spans direct clinical supervision, interdisciplinary coordination, quality improvement, caregiver development, and emergency management. This experience is reflected in her advanced training and leadership roles.
Shirley-Victory has built and led clinical programs that improve outcomes, enhance caregiver competency, and ensure clients receive the highest level of care in their homes. She began her career as a registered nurse in high-acuity hospital settings and has since advanced into leadership roles that blend hands-on patient care with strategic oversight. Today, she brings that rare combination to Beyond Home Care, guiding caregivers, clients, and families with warmth, clarity, and professionalism.
Shirley-Victory holds a Master of Science in Homeland Security with a focus on Emergency and Disaster Management, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oral Roberts University, and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Health Administration.
She is a member of the American Nurses Association, Texas Nurses Association, and the Northern Virginia Chapter of the National Black Nurses Association and has been nominated multiple times for Nurse of the Year and the DAISY Award.
Will Brennan is a founding partner of Beyond Home Care and serves as Vice President of Business Operations. His background in organizational strategy and operations is grounded in a simple belief: people do their best work when they feel supported, trusted, and set up to succeed.
Alongside Beyond Home Care, Will remains involved in operational work at Georgetown University, where he developed a deep respect for systems that support people rather than complicate their work. That perspective continues to shape how he approaches leadership and organizational design.
