Our story starts in 2017, when our founder launched a healthcare staffing company that quickly became a trusted name in helping organizations hire qualified and compassionate healthcare workers and caregivers. Over time, that company’s focus shifted specifically to the home healthcare space, supporting home healthcare companies by staffing a wide range of home healthcare professionals.
Through that journey, the Beyond Home Care Leadership Team discovered something powerful: while there were many agencies providing home care, too few were offering the quality of leadership, trust, and care that families deserved. They found families struggling to find care they could trust, as well as compassionate caregivers that lacked organizational support.
So, they decided to build something new and different.
